Rabecca Montgomery

Owner and Director of MaBecky's Childcare and Development Center (MCDC), serving families in Grand Rapids, Michigan, since 2005. Rabecea holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Systems Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Aquinas College. With nearly two decades of experience, Rabecea has attended numerous conferences and training sessions to deepen her expertise in early childhood education. Under her leadership, MCDC has maintained full enrollment capacity for over eight years, providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Her dedication to quality care and a play-based curriculum has made MCDC a trusted resource for working families seeking a strong foundation for their children's development.
